Jobber's built-in request form is the easy path, and it's on every current plan. If you want to keep the form you already have, Zapier can create real requests in Jobber.

Short answer: turn on your request form in Jobber, then link to it or paste its embed code into your site. If you're on WordPress or Wix, use Jobber's plugin. To keep your own form, connect it through Zapier with the "Create Request" action.
| Option | What it does | Work involved | The catch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Link or button | Sends customers to Jobber's hosted form | Copy a link, add a button | Customers leave your site to fill it out |
| Embed code | Shows the form on your page | Paste HTML into your page | No payment method field, and Google Analytics 4 tracking may not be reliable on embedded forms |
| WordPress or Wix plugin | Adds the request or booking form without touching code | Install the plugin, pick the form | Those two builders only. Check that your Jobber plan includes the plugin. |
| Your own form plus Zapier | Creates a request in Jobber from any form Zapier can read | A paid Zapier plan, since this takes more than two steps | A monthly Zapier bill, and field mapping takes some care. Check that your Jobber plan includes Zapier. |
This is where Jobber is more flexible than Housecall Pro. Zapier's Jobber integration can create a request, a client, a job or a quote, so a form you already like can feed Jobber directly. Set your form as the trigger, use "Find or Create Client" for the contact details, then "Create Request" with a title that says what they need.
From your phone, on cellular, fill out the form the way a customer would. Check that the request shows up in Jobber with the right details, that you got notified, and that the form looks right on a phone.
If you'd rather not deal with it, I set it up on your site, test it end to end and send you proof it works. It's about $150. For a link or embed, you copy the code from your own account, so I don't need your Jobber login.
Tell me what you use today and what you want to happen when someone fills out your form. If you can do it yourself in ten minutes, I'll say so.
It's just me, Nathan, a solo developer near Oklahoma City. You deal with me directly. I'm a new business, so I don't have customer reviews to show you yet.
