I'm Nathan, the person behind Nathan Avery Dev. I build websites for local service businesses here in Oklahoma City. This is a new, owner-run business — so when you call, you talk to the person actually building your site.

A lot of great local tradespeople either don't have a website or are stuck with something slow and hard to use on a phone — which is exactly where their customers are looking. My job is to fix that: a clean, fast, mobile-first site that makes it obvious what you do and easy to call you.

How long does it take to go live?

Most one-page sites are ready to review within a few days of our first conversation, once you've sent over your details and any photos. After you approve it, going live takes about a day. It depends on how quickly you get me your info — not on a long agency timeline.

What's included in the $299?

A complete, custom one-page website built for your trade: your services, service area, and contact info laid out clearly, click-to-call and text buttons, fast mobile-first design, and Google-ready setup (title, description, and local-business markup) so people can find you. It's a one-time fee, not a subscription.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The site is built for your business and the content is yours. The optional $29/mo plan covers hosting (keeping it online at your web address), updates, and support — but the design and your content belong to you, and you're free to take your content elsewhere.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Anytime, for any reason — there's no long-term contract. Cancelling stops future $29/mo charges; your site stays live through the end of the period you've already paid for. Just call or text (405) 345-5881 to cancel.

What do you need from me?

Just the basics: your business name, the services you offer, your service area, your phone number, and any photos you'd like to show. No tech know-how required — you tell me about your business in plain English and I handle the rest.

Is the $29/mo required?

The hosting & maintenance plan is optional but recommended — it's what keeps your site online, secure, and easy to update as your hours, services, or prices change. If you'd rather handle hosting yourself, we can talk through it. No pressure either way.

§ Terms of Service

These terms cover the web-design and hosting services provided by Nathan Avery Dev ("we," "I," "us") to you, the customer.

  • What we do: We design and build a mobile-friendly website for your business and, optionally, host and maintain it on a monthly plan.
  • Website Setup ($299, one-time): Covers the design and build of your site. Work begins after you reach out and we agree on the details.
  • Hosting & Maintenance ($29/month): An optional, recurring monthly plan that keeps your site online and lets you request content updates and support. It renews each month until you cancel.
  • Your content: You confirm you have the right to use the business name, text, photos, and logos you provide for your site.
  • Fair use: Services are provided for lawful business purposes. We may decline or stop work for content that is illegal or abusive.
  • Changes: We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the current one.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

I want you to be happy with your site. Here's how refunds and cancellations work:

  • Hosting & Maintenance — cancel anytime: You can cancel the $29/month plan at any time, for any reason. Cancelling stops future monthly charges. The current month is not pro-rated, and your site stays live through the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Website Setup refund: If you cancel the $299 setup before design work has started, you'll receive a full refund. Once work is underway, you'll receive a refund of any amount beyond the work already completed.
  • Not satisfied? If something isn't right with your finished site, contact me and I'll work to fix it. I'd always rather make it right than leave you unhappy.
  • How to request: To cancel or request a refund, just call or text (405) 345-5881. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
