Can the AI handle calls about specific equipment brands (Carrier, Trane, Lennox, etc.)?
It captures the brand if the caller mentions it. It doesn't pretend to diagnose — instead it gets the brand, model if known, age, and symptoms, and emails them to you so you can show up prepared.
What about commercial HVAC calls vs. residential?
Custom script handles both. If you only do residential, the AI politely tells commercial inquiries you don't service that and ends the call without taking up your time. If you do both, the AI tags the lead as commercial or residential in the email subject line.
Does it know what an 'evap coil' or '410A' is?
It doesn't need to. The AI's job is lead capture, not technical diagnosis. It captures what the homeowner needs and emails you a structured lead — the caller's name, callback number, the issue, and how urgent it is — so you can call back prepared.
How fast does the lead get to me after a call?
Under a minute. The AI ends the call and sends a structured email with the caller's name, callback number, address/zip, what they need, and urgency tag. Most leads arrive ~10 seconds after the caller hangs up.
