A lot of home-service sites look fine and still leave easy things undone. I fix those in place, at a fixed price, with a list of exactly what changed.
This is from one garage door company's site that I went through this fall. It's a good-looking site from an established business with strong reviews.
| Job | Includes | About |
|---|---|---|
| SEO basics | Page titles and descriptions for your main pages, local business markup, image alt text, and cleanup of leftover code. You get a list of every change. | $600 one-time |
| Lead form hookup | Requests from your site land in Housecall Pro or Jobber. Tested end to end. | $150 one-time |
| AI phone receptionist | Answers when you can't, captures the details and emails them to you. How it works. | $299 setup, then $99/mo |
I confirm the price after looking at your site, because it depends on how your site is built and who controls it.
I won't promise rankings, traffic or a number of new calls. Nobody can honestly promise those, and you should be careful with anyone who does. I'll promise the specific changes, and you can check every one of them yourself.
Look at your footer for a "powered by" credit. If a company manages your site, the fixes may have to go through them, which can change the price. It's worth knowing before you pay anyone, so it's the first thing I ask. I'll also ask if you're already paying someone for SEO, because I don't want you paying twice for the same work.
I'll tell you what I'd change and what it would cost. If it's something you or your web person can do without me, I'll say so.
It's just me, Nathan, a solo developer near Oklahoma City. You deal with me directly. I'm a new business, so I don't have customer reviews to show you yet.
