Can it handle insurance-supplement conversations?
It captures the basics — carrier, whether a claim is filed, deductible if known. It doesn't negotiate supplements (that's a real human conversation). But you'll see who's already in the insurance process before you call them back, which lets you prioritize.
What about commercial roofing inquiries (flat, TPO, EPDM)?
Custom script handles both. If you only do residential, commercial inquiries get politely redirected. If you do both, the AI captures the building type so you know which crew/skillset to send.
Will it accidentally encourage insurance fraud (chasing storms, etc.)?
